From start to finish, Jim and his team are top notch! The bidding process was quick and efficient. Jim shared in detail what I could expect. His crew (Dean and Keith) were professional, respectful and very skilled! They thoroughly prepped the house before painting ever began. Every crack was repaired, damaged wood was fixed, and the house was thoroughly power washed. They used quality paint, the paint lines are flawless, and they cleaned up each day. And even better, their price was fair! It is nice to find a local company that displays such high integrity, is easy to work with and does an impeccable job of painting! Hire them! You won't be disappointed.

An excellent Manning crew (Dean, Daniel and Scott) painted my house in June 2024 and the results are outstanding. Here are some facts: 1) Every single stucco crack was repaired and, when painted, the stucco looks it might outlast the Egyptian Pyramids. :) 2) The dividing lines between the stucco and the pop-outs are straight and clear. 3) The crew took their time and I saw no absolutely no evidence of the corner-cutting common to some painting companies, like the ones that painted some of my neighbor's houses. Manning's workmanship was superb. 4) The paint brand and type that Manning's people recommended is of excellent quality and a long service life is expected. 5) The crew clearly answered all my questions and provided good advice on painting methods and technology. In my opinion, Manning's Painting provided the best value-for-money available. Highly recommended!

4 years ago the new owner of Mannings painted our house in PV. Jim did a great job, very clean and thorough Detailing and painting. I deteched a small crack which needed patching to pass home inspection as we are selling the home now. Jim came on Memorial Day, caulked the cracks, repainted, and cleaned the entire area. I have never had a better painter! 5 stars!

Jim, Scott, Dean, and all the crew did a fantastic job of repainting the exterior of our home. Mannings Cobalt was recommended to me by some friends and neighbors. they did not disappoint. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I highly recommend them!!

Manning's Painting Crew (Cobalt) does wonderful work. In 2024 they painted the interior of my home. Work was high quality and done quickly, carefully, and cleanly. In 2021 they painted the exterior of my home. The high-quality work showed consistent color throughout, has stood-up to sun, wind, and rain, and maintained its original color and finish.
